Delivery terms

Deliveries in Metropolitan France:

 

The delivery terms are of 7 working days (except Sunday and banking days) at most for a product in stock as from the date of payment. Nevertheless, we should make our possible for each order to be delivered the same day. Watercooling.fr cannot be held for responsible for any delays due to a third party.

The delivery is made by Colissimo only, bacause the speed and the reliabilty of this system widely showed their ability.

Delivery is secured because your signature is compulsory at the reception of the parcel (in case of absence, the factor leaves you a calling card), moreover, our parcels have a contractual insurance in case of loss or damage and an optional insurance until a 1500 Euros value.

The follow-up of your parcel maybe made directely via the site of the post office by means of a number of follow-ups which we shall supply you at each validation of order. The expenses of deliveries and insurance are automatically adjusted according to the nature and to the weight of your order.

Parcels are packed by our care in our warehouses and commit to the fact that they are most effectively protected to reach you in perfect state. If, despite all the precautions that we take, the parcel reached you damage, we recommend you to to refuse it or to express a spare opinion on the voucher of the carrier and to complain as soon as possible.

Exception: delivery in Switzerland

All the orders placed from Switzerland are invoiced VAT excepted. Indeed, when you select this destination, the site posts and charges automatically each product in Euros Taxes excluded. You will thus have to pay for the reception of the parcel , the expenses of customs and VAT included.

Delivery to French Overseas:

The delivery terms are of 15 working days (except Sunday and banking days) at most for a product in stock as from the date of payment. Nevertheless, we should make our possible for each order to be delivered the same day. Watercooling.fr cannot be held for responsible for any delays due to a third party.

Parcels are packed by our care in our warehouses and commit to the fact that they are most effectively protected to reach you in perfect state. -All the orders placed from the French Overseas departments are invoiced VAT excluded. Indeed, when you select a French Overseas Department, the site posts and charges automatically each product in Euros, VAT excluded. You will then have to pay at the reception of the parcel, with the expenses of the customs and sea granting.

After-Sales Service:

All the products watercooling.fr are guaranteed on one year with parts and workforce included, they have the service "Satisfied or Paid off" from the date of the invoice and within 7 days deadline (except from products in promotion or available to order).

Be careful: the number of RMA is compulsory for any return of damage material, it maybe obtained by simple request at the address SAV@watercooling.fr by explaining the reason of the return.

Once the number is obtained, please send us your complete material (drivers, manual, cabling, cd-rom...) in its original packing with a copy of the invoice, a letter explaining the breakdown along with the RMA number highlighted on the packing of the product to the following address: Watercooling.fr, Le garet, 42560 Boisset Saint Priest.

Any material must be returned to us complete in its original packing.

In case this number is not visible on the packing, we would be forced to refuse it, on the other hand, we advise you to send back the damaged articles with acknowledgement of receipt.
